Youth ages 15-17 can join Escape’s 5-week youth LAUNCH cohort, completing a resume, mock interview, applications, and a site visit to get a part-time job that fits and become more employable in the long run. This group meets once a week!

Young adults ages 17-24 can join Escape’s adult LAUNCH workshops, tailored to help remove barriers to quality employment, achieve adult milestones, and launch towards a stronger future. Participants can work towards financial goals, a driver’s license, a vehicle, a job, education, certification, and/or a stable life situation. We’re here for all of it. Group workshops happen weekly and individual coaching by appointment too!
